I think that the name is a very unusal one--unique. I don't suppose it matters--you know how people feel about their names, rarely satisfied. My mom gave my brother Gaylord for his middle name. He hates it!
Heck I think it's fine... But then again my name is Jason which could be spelled Jayson. At least thats how my grandmother always wrote it.

Yup seems like a non gay name to me,
I think Cayson is a good name for a boy. My nephew's name is Casin, no one makes fun of him. He is a happy 7 year old now.
